Createc STM/qPlus AFM @ 5 K

Our Createc ultrahigh-vacuum low-temperature STM combined with qPlus-AFM allows measurements at a base temperature of 5.4 K and can apply a Z-axis magnetic field of up to 1 T. Equipped with one lens and one parabolic mirror integrated into the scanner, this system enables atomic-scale measurements of various ultrafast dynamics by coupling the STM with ultrashort terahertz (THz) laser pulses. Additionally, the scanner’s sample plate is fitted with a 5-pin contact, facilitating device gating.

Unisoku 1300 SPM with 2-2-9 T magnetic field @ 300 mK

Our Unisoku 1300 is a high-vacuum, ultra-low-temperature SPM system featuring strong vector magnetic field capabilities. It can operate at a base temperature of 300 mK and supports magnetic fields up to 2 T in any direction, with an additional capability of 9 T along the Z-axis. Spin-polarized STM measurement of two-dimensional magnetic materials can be done with atomic resolution.
