Research in Zhong Lab is focused on the design, synthesis and characterization of novel quantum materials.  <br>Ruidan&nbsp;obtained her PhD from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and conducted&nbsp;her PhD&nbsp;research&nbsp;at Brookhaven National Laboratory.&nbsp;Under the supervision of Dr. Genda Gu and Dr. John Tranquada, she focused on the experimental investigation on&nbsp;quantum materials including topological&nbsp;materials&nbsp;and high-temperature superconductors. She&nbsp;worked as a&nbsp;postdoc&nbsp;with Prof. Robert J.
